Double Your Fun

I forgot to take a picture of my last baby sweater. Too bad, it was cute too. We have 18 babies being born in our ward this year, 3 sets of twin girls (2 down, 1 to go). Just finished these for set number 2. (BTW, no, I am not knitting sweaters for all the babies, just first time mommies and my friends. Do you think I'm insane?.....Don't answer that.)

ET 3 Months

ET turned 3 months old on July 6. He has almost tripled his birthweight, 14 lbs 2 oz, as of last Tuesday. Sometimes we call him Lunchy. He's pretty chubby, a little tree stump like "W" was. I didn't get around to taking photos of him until yesterday. He was pretty tired, so we were driving a hard bargain for a smile.

The CPK has started her own blog, check her out at thecabbagepatchkid.blogspot.com.

Shave and a Haircut

I finally broke down and cut "W"s hair (last Monday and then had to fix it on Wenesday). It took five of us to do it, I cut, PBTB caught hair to save, Grandma held the popsicle, Uncle held the iphone playing Elmo, and Grandpa rubbed his feet. I'm sure it was pretty comical. I was heartbroken, but I got over it. I left it longer, so still I have fun doing his hair, he doesn't cry when I comb it, no one tells me what a cute little girl I have anymore and he still has some curl, so it's all good.

George Strait ~ C'mon Boots!

I was so not excited to go to a concert while still nursing, but I'm so glad we went and the boys were free, I love that 2 and under rule. We had so much fun dancing and playing on the lawn. "W" has got serious sleep issues. He didn't crash until after the concert was over and he'd watched half of a movie. And that was with no nap. At least he doesn't meltdown when he's tired. (Sorry about the lame video, my brother was in charge and I forgot my camera.)

This is the Place

Yesterday, I planned a day with the boys so that PBTB could dig the hole for our house (finally!) without distraction. We went to This is the Place State Park and invited Grandma and the cousins. Good thing because someone stuck a quarter in "W" and he was running from the word go. We had a lot of fun, but it was HOT! I think we missed seeing at least half of it. We'll have to go again another day.

Reservoir Rave

The pups were overdue for a little swimming. "W" loves his doggies and the Stitch baby that Aunt Rachel & Uncle Jake brought him back from Disneyland. ET was his usual, asleep. ET is growing like mad. We have weigh day on Mondays. These photos were taken last Monday and he weighed 13 lb 12 oz and has surpassed the CPK (he is 6 weeks younger), we think. Hopefully she'll be back to find out before next Monday.

Funeral Flowers

PBTB's Grandpa passed away last week. The funeral was yesterday. I, of course, did flowers.

Freedom Rings

No Limit to His Awesomeness

"W" is pretty awesome in his cowboy boots and hat, especially at the Oakley Rodeo. He loved the rodeo, made friends with the women sitting next to us, spent much of the evening on their laps, was concerned for the horses when the lasso came out, didn't lose interest for even half a minute, fell asleep in 2.6 seconds after we got in the car.

One Little, Two Little

Nothing's cuter than babies in pajamas. The two midgets are truly happier than they appear.

Wedding Cake

What can I say? It's a wedding cake......decorated by yours truly. The anenome were b.u.tiful.
