Brothers
I was completely flustered the day we had family photos and didn't realize until a few days later, that I forgot to have a picture taken of the boys together, darn mini sessions! Anyway, I thought I would try it myself. Hahahaha ahhhhhhh! Do you think I could even get a single picture where they were both in focus and both smiling? I guess these will have to do. I did get some cute pics of each of them by themselves.
BTW, I do not blow dry "W"s hair, it does that on it's own, cowlick? And, yes, I had to remove ET's pants halfway through, he's too round to bend and he was getting uncomfortable.

Little Bear
"W" pointed to the floor last night while we were eating dinner and said "bear". Apparently he wanted me to put his plate on the floor so he could eat with his mouth like a bear. I let him.....is that bad?

Snack Parent
I was "snack parent" at "W"s pre-school on Friday. These young minds amaze me. "W" is just starting to say a lot of sentences. He even has conversations with himself in the car on the way to school. They go something like this.
W1:water? (meaning may I have some water?)
W2:NO! (very abruptly, in a deep voice)
W1:plleease? (very politely and sweet)
W2:NO! (again, very loud and abrupt)
This is a common conversation that he carries out, asking for various things. I swear I am not that stern or bossy.

Pumpkin Patch
Last Saturday, the Yarn Queen and I loaded up the stroller/wagon and walked down to our local pumpkin patch. "W" talked with all of the dogs on the way, didn't know he could speak dog. The babies (ET & the CPK) enjoyed the fresh air and unsuccessfully tried not to nap. "W" thought he was in heaven when we arrived and got filthy dirty in the powdery dirt. When we went to leave I told him "c'mon, let's go" and he would say "k, comin" and keep digging in the dirt. This conversation repeated itself at least 6 times. He is just like his Daddy. When I finally convinced him that I meant 'right now', he was so cute to help Grandma push the wagon full of pumpkins.

Conference Weekend
We had an awesome conference weekend. We went up to Oakley and PBTB's mom helped me make halloween costumes for the boys. It was nice to relax, be uplifted, stay in our jammies, and eat all of my MIL's yummy food. Next time I'm requesting an extension. Here are pictures of my little blonde Elvis.

Community Co-operative Nursery School
I got to co-op at "W"s pre-school for the first time last week. I was "juice mom", as opposed to "snack mom". Here is "W" enjoying his juice and a picture of the class voting on which color apple is best, green, red, or yellow.......green won. I am learning A LOT about teaching 2 year olds social skills, they are capable of much more than I gave them credit for.

ET 6 Months
ET is 6 months old today......where has the time gone? ET is a tender hearted little sweetie. He weighs 18 lb. 10 oz. and falls in the 75% percentile for weight and 25% for height. He is so beautiful, he should've been a girl. He likes to laugh at "W", play with toys, do crunches (seriously, if he is on his back, he will.not.lie.flat), and jump in his jumperoo or on a grandparent's knee. He is such a good sleeper (through the night since 2 1/2 mo.) and loves to smile at everyone. He just started rolling over both ways, back to front first. He probably could have done sooner if I would let him lay on the ground, but I fear for his life when "W" is around. I've told him I will try and get him to his first birthday. He loves, loves his mommy, but I think he just likes me for my body :) He has been trying out new foods, these photos were taken a few weeks ago, his first time having a baby cookie.
